Baguazhang

Our lineage focuses on opening and closing, stretching and balance, coiling and uncoiling, but especially on using the “Yao” the waist. Just like Tai Chi, bagua is a martial art. During camp we will focus on building a foundation to incorporate the different pieces of the body to work together in the solo practice of walking the circle: 8 fundamental movements of Bagua, also partner exercise.
